RCM&D, an insurance advisory firm, is moving its Baltimore County headquarters from Towson to Hunt Valley, Maryland. The company has secured a lease for 24,904 square feet of space at 4 North Park in the North Park Business Community.
In addition to RCM&D’s relocation, financial planning group Jacob William Advisory has also signed a lease for 4,402 square feet in the same building. They are moving from their previous location in Lutherville.
The commercial office building at 4 North Park is part of a five-building complex situated within the bustling business community of Hunt Valley.
Joe Bradley from MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties involved in these leases – North Park Ventures LLC and RCM&D – while Mark Deering (also with MacKenzie) represented RCM&D and Clare Berrang (formerly with Newmark) represented Jacob William Advisory.
This recent development marks another success story for Hunt Valley as it continues to attract businesses looking for prime office space.
