Warner Bros. Discovery has announced a new sublease deal at 30 Hudson Yards, with law firm Covington & Burling securing 235,479 square feet of space for the next 20 years. This expansion from their current office at 620 Eighth Avenue is part of Warner’s efforts to sublease more of its space.
