Medistar is developing Virtuo Spring, a 314- to 333-unit apartment complex under construction at 4126 FM 2920 in Spring, Texas. The 13-acre property will feature a fitness area, swimming pool, dog park and electric vehicle charging stations with construction beginning in October 2020 and slated for completion by the third quarter of 2024.
Dhahani Private Equity Group has also broken ground on Territory at Falvel – a 276-unit rental community located at 3880 FM 2920 in Spring. Rentals are priced between $1,200-$2,200 per month with amenities including swimming pool; dog park; pet washing station; fitness center; car wash station; coffee lounge and outdoor media lounge – all expected to be delivered by second quarter 2024.
Sueba USA recently broke ground on Imperial Oaks Square – an 269 unit multifamily project adjacent to 100 acre Lake Holcomb – which won’t be ready until late 2024.
