OneWall Communities, a multifamily workforce housing company based in Stamford, Connecticut, has announced the addition of three key leaders to their ownership team as principals. Donicia Irizarry is appointed director of operations with over 20 years of property management and hospitality experience; Kerri Haltom joins as senior vice president of property management with more than 30 years in the sector; and Frank Gervasio takes on asset manager duties.
Irizarry oversees integration for multiple multifamily communities into OneWall’s portfolio while Haltom is responsible for operational and financial performance across multiple geographic regions. Gervasio plays an important role making investment decisions that help strengthen OneWall’s portfolio while providing strategic guidance to its ownership team.
