"297-Unit Jax Rental Community: RISE and Origin Deliver"

RISE Bartram Park, a $60 million multifamily development in Jacksonville, is now leasing its first 49 units. Developed by Origin Investments and RISE, the project will feature a total of 297 units upon completion in March.

The development spans over 281,000 square feet and offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments across seven buildings. The community clubhouse includes amenities such as two resort-style swimming pools with cabanas and grilling stations. Inside the clubhouse are a test kitchen with fireplace for residents to enjoy.

Other features include a 24-hour fitness center, secure package delivery services, pet park and spa area for furry friends to play in while their owners relax at home. Residents can also take advantage of the yoga room or use flexible workstations within the community.

RISE partnered with General Contractors Charlan Brock Architects and engineering firm ETM on this project which marks their seventh development in Florida.
