JPI has broken ground on Jefferson Addison Heights, a Class A development that will bring 290 apartment units to Addison, Texas, just across from the Addison Airport. This marks JPI’s 20th community built in Dallas County within the last 5 years.
The new 5-story development will span nearly 3 acres at the Southeast quadrant of Airport Parkway and Addison Road and feature a furnished clubhouse with game room amenities such as chess, pool table and shuffleboard; a fitness center including yoga studio and spin room; resort-style pool with cabanas; plus 4th floor mezzanine units offering private roof decks for views of nearby fireworks show.
Leasing for Jefferson Addision Heights is expected to begin October 2024.
