"28 Liberty Welcomes New Indoor Soccer Facility Leasing 20K SF"

Fosun Hive, a global partner of Fosun and CEO of Four Trees Asset Management, has secured a 20,000-square-foot lease at the iconic office tower in Lower Manhattan for Socceroof. This high-end indoor soccer facility will join the 200,000-square-foot retail destination at 28 Liberty and enhance its sports and entertainment offerings.

Socceroof will occupy the same floor as Court16 – a popular pickleball and tennis club that recently expanded to cover an area of 13,000 square feet. Both facilities cater to individuals of all ages with lessons and recreational leagues available.

According to Thomas Costanzo from Fosun Hive: “The demand for top-notch soccer facilities in New York City is immense. We are delighted to announce Socceroof’s first location in Manhattan which promises an inclusive environment across all boroughs. This addition will further enrich Lower Manhattan’s year-round recreational options.”
