"27-Story Deco Building Now Accepting Tenants at FW Location"

Southern Land Company (SLC) is preparing to unveil its latest project, Deco, a luxurious 27-story mixed-use community in Downtown Fort Worth. With an impressive 567,000 square feet of space, Deco offers a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for rent as well as penthouses.
