A new multifamily community, The Juniper on Mainstreet, is currently under construction in downtown Parker. Developed by a team of experts and expected to cost over $107 million, the project will consist of two four-story buildings with 264 units and nearly 14,000 square feet of retail space on the main floor.
The collaboration between Rockefeller Group and MGL Partners has resulted in a highly anticipated development that will offer residents an array of amenities including a clubhouse, fitness centers, co-working areas, conference facilities,and outdoor recreational spaces such as a pool and dog park.
Construction is scheduled to be completed by the second quarter of 2025. The apartments will range from studios to three-bedroom units with an average size of approximately 910 square feet. Overall,the living spaces will cover approximately238625 square feet for rentable use.
