The U.S. Travel Association will occupy the top floor of the 11-story building (19,170 square feet), while CEPI will take a suite on the fifth floor measuring 6,575 square feet. Both organizations are scheduled to move into their respective spaces by Q1 of 2025, adding to a total of 63,476 square feet leased.
The recently reimagined building spans over an impressive area of192,000-square-feet and boasts customizable floorplans along with modern amenities such as a renovated lobby,a café,and rooftop views.The property also features state-of-the-art facilities includinga fitness centerand conferencing facilities.The renovation project is expected to be completed by the endof this yearand aims for LEED Gold Certification.
