"25-Story Phoenix Mixed-Use Project to be Built by Empire Affiliate"

Aspirant Development, a subsidiary of the renowned Empire Group of Companies, is in the process of transforming an empty infill property (refer to photo) located on the northern outskirts of downtown into a dynamic mixed-use development. According to The Phoenix Business Journal, this project will consist of a 25-story residential tower and an art gallery spanning 2,500 square feet along Central Avenue. Additionally, there will be two separate buildings housing restaurants and retail spaces along McDowell Road.

The upcoming high-rise will offer 320 units with various apartment options including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. The ground floor will also feature 3,000 square feet designated for retail space that would be ideal for restaurant establishments at the corner location. Furthermore,the other restaurant and retail buildings are expected to span approximately 17
