"25-Story Phoenix Mixed-Use Project to be Built by Empire Affiliate"

Aspirant Development, a subsidiary of Empire Group of Companies, is in the process of transforming an empty infill property into a mixed-use development in downtown Phoenix. The project will include a 25-story residential tower and an art gallery on Central Avenue, as well as two additional buildings for restaurants and retail on McDowell Road.

The new residential building will have 320 units with various apartment options and ground-floor retail space suitable for restaurants. The other two buildings will offer approximately 17,000 square feet for more restaurant and retail space.

Construction is expected to begin in Q4 of 2024 with completion estimated within two years. Gensler has been chosen to design the project.
