$25 Million Makeover for Houston's Memorial City Plazas

Houston’s Memorial City Plazas have received a $25 million makeover, transforming the 35 year-old buildings into modern workspaces. Spanning almost one million square feet, the three towers now feature interior and exterior improvements such as a new fitness center, full-service conference center and meeting rooms, 24-hour security and air conditioned skywalks connecting all three towers to parking garages.

The Porch is another key addition to the development – an outdoor dining patio designed for business meetings and networking opportunities. Adjacent to The Porch is Common Bond On-The Go which offers fresh beverages options and pastries. The renovation project began in early 2022 with Memorial City boasting one of the highest office occupancy rates in Houston city limits at present time.
