Rubenstein Partners’ 25 Kent, a mixed-use building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn has signed a 10-year lease with Othership – an innovative wellness concept. This will be the brand’s first Brooklyn location and it will offer guided sauna and ice bath experiences across 6,168 square feet of space. Located at 25 Kent Ave., this eight-story commercial office building features 500,000 square feet of office space as well as retail and light manufacturing areas.
