"245K-SF Distribution Portfolio Sold with Assistance from Colliers"

Colliers recently completed the sale of a distribution portfolio in Indianapolis, Indiana’s Southwest submarket. The two-building portfolio spans 245,000 square feet and includes properties at 4316 W Minnesota Street and 4750 Kentucky Avenue. These buildings are currently fully occupied by BASCO, a wholesale industrial packaging company, as well as logistics and warehousing providers Golden Tiger Transportation and Kid Glove Service.

The facilities offer immediate access to major interstates and are conveniently located near the Indianapolis International Airport (IND), FedEx Airhub, and downtown Indianapolis. The transaction was facilitated by Colliers’ Midwest Team for Industrial Capital Markets led by Alex Cantu and Alex Davenport on behalf of Clarion Partners – a top real estate investment manager with operations in major markets throughout the US and Europe.

Diamond Properties – a New York-based commercial real estate investment firm with over 16 million square feet under management – purchased these assets from Clarion Partners. This sale was reported on Connect CRE .
