A New York developer is set to begin work soon on a five-story medical office building in The Mix, located in Frisco. According to the Dallas Business Journal, the $24.4 million project will feature 116,580 square feet of space and include a seven-tier parking structure with 556 spaces worth an estimated $14.4 million. JVP Management from New York is listed as owner while CallisonRTKL Inc., based out of Dallas, serves as design firm for the construction that begins June 1 and concludes summer 2024.
The site sits across from some major mixed-use developments such as The Star (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Frisco Station and The Gate; all part of an overall plan for 3 million square feet housing units, 2 million square feet office space plus 375k retail outlets alongside two hotels at The Mix (see photo).
This latest development marks another milestone towards completion for this ambitious project aiming to bring more convenience into life in Frisco!
