New City Properties and Method Co. have announced the upcoming opening of FORTH Atlanta, a $150-million development featuring a 196-room luxury boutique hotel with 39 extended stay apartments. The joint venture plans to open its doors in June 2024.
FORTH Atlanta will offer four distinct food and beverage options, an outdoor pool, event space, fitness center, and exclusive social club for members. This highly anticipated project will serve as the centerpiece of one of the largest mixed-use developments along the Atlanta BeltLine in the Southeast region.
In 2018, New City Properties acquired an expansive property spanning over eleven acres in Old Fourth Ward between Historic Fourth Ward Park and Eastside Trail on the Atlanta BeltLine. Construction on FORTH Atlanta began in July 2020 alongside two other buildings within this prime location.
Leading architectural firm Morris Adjmi Architects has been selected to design both interior and exterior elements for this landmark project by New City Properties while Method Co., known for their exceptional hospitality management services, has been chosen to operate FORTH Atlanta upon its completion.
