GFP Real Estate, LLC has announced that Rooftop Hospitality Group LLC has signed a 12-year lease extension for its 32,050-square-foot restaurant and lounge located on the rooftop of the iconic New York MarketCenter building at 230 Fifth Ave. The deal was facilitated by Jane Gural-Senders, David Kaye, and Harvey Richer of GFP who represented both parties involved.
According to executive managing director Harvey Richer of GFP Real Estate, “The 230 Fifth Avenue Rooftop Bar was a pioneer when it first opened in 2006 and continues to be one of the most sought-after destinations in New York City.”
Since its establishment in 2006, the renowned rooftop bar offers nearly 33,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. Originally built in Beaux Arts-style back in1914 as an office building with over140 luxury home fashion accessory companies now calling it home.
