230 Fifth Ave Adds 5 11K-SF Leases: New Deals Announced

GFP Real Estate, LLC has recently signed several long-term leases at The New York MarketCenter in FiDi. JS Royal Home USA Inc. doubled its showroom space with a five-year lease on the 12th floor, Innovated Designs LLC (ID Home Fashions) expanded their space by signing a four-year lease on the 16th floor, Triangle Home Fashions LLC – renowned for brands like Lush Décor – secured a three-year lease on the 9th floor and Urban86 Inc. returned to its original location with another three year agreement for the 10th floor; CasaRovea USA Inc also renewed their previous space with an additional three years of occupancy in 19th Floor of 230 Fifth Ave building hosting over 140 luxury home fashion accessories companies from around world.
