ZM Sheet Metal has recently completed the sale of a 23-acre industrial land in Winchester, Virginia. The transaction, which was undisclosed, includes a development agreement for a state-of-the-art 160,000-square-foot manufacturing facility that is expected to create job opportunities for around 300 individuals.
According to Tyler Zivic, President of ZM Sheet Metal, the decision to acquire this land aligns with their company’s ambitious growth plans. The new purpose-built facility will serve as the foundation for their long-term expansion strategy.
Originally intended for speculative industrial buildings, this site perfectly matched ZM’s search criteria for nearby land. Representing the buyer was Scott Rabin from KLNB.
