225-Unit Marlborough Multifamily Community Sells for $74 Million

The DSF Group, through its advised fund, has recently acquired Talia Apartments for $74 million in Marlborough, MA. The 225-unit complex was sold by Fairfield and its institutional partner. Conveniently located near I-495 and I-90, Talia Apartments provides easy access to major employers such as Moderna and BJ’s Wholesale Club. The sale was brokered by CBRE’s Simon Butler, Biria St. John, John McLaughlin,and Brian Bowler on behalf of the seller.

According to Butler,”Talia Apartments is a premier apartment community situated in the highly sought-after MetroWest area of suburban Boston.” He also added that “the successful sale reflects Fairfield’s effective business strategy after acquiring the property and developing it into a thriving community.”
