Dostart Development Company, LLC and Sares Regis Group of Northern California have recently secured two new leases at their newly completed Class A office and retail project, 220 Park in downtown Burlingame. Private equity firm SkyKnight Capital has confirmed to the San Francisco Business Times that it will be leasing approximately 10,000 square feet of office space at the development for its headquarters relocation from San Francisco.
The deal was facilitated by Ben Paul and Marc Pope from Cushman & Wakefield along with Christian Prelle from Newmark representing 220 Park. The tenant was represented by Ryan Adlesh from CBRE, Inc.
In addition to this lease agreement, DDC and SRGNC have also announced that luxury plumbing leader Hajoca Corporation will be leasing nearly 4,000 square feet on the ground floor for a high-end Kohler Signature Store. This deal was brokered by Chris Homs and Kurt Grundman from Lockehouse representing 220 Park while Tom Power of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant.
