$220 Million Sale of Westfield Brandon Shopping Center

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has completed the sale of Westfield Brandon, a regional shopping center in Brandon, FL. North American Development Group (NADG) acquired the asset for $220 million in a joint venture with an institutional partner.

Westfield Brandon is an A-minus rated 1.15 million square foot mall boasting 84.5 percent occupancy since its opening in 1995 as the Brandon Town Center; it was renamed Westfield Shoppingtown Brandon when purchased by Westfield and shortened to just “Westfiedl” five years later due to changing consumer habits impacting retail industry trends across America’s top five regional malls – including this destination which saw nearly 7 million visitors last year alone!

The location off Interstate 75 and Lee Roy Selmon Expressway makes it highly accessible while NADG’s portfolio of assets now exceeds $5 billion nationwide with Florida holdings including Clearwater, Tampa and Seminole shopping centers among others.
