Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) recently sold Cypress Run Marketplace, a neighborhood shopping center in Coral Springs spanning 87,000 square feet. The property was acquired by The Q.V.H. Corporation for $21.32 million in a transaction facilitated by CBRE’s Dennis Carson, Sriram Rajan, and Casey Rosen.

The retail center is located at the intersection of West Atlantic Boulevard and Coral Springs Drive and was built in 1989. It features Walmart Neighborhood Market as its anchor tenant along with various other tenants such as restaurants, health and beauty stores, fitness centers, consumer services providers,and professional service firms among others occupying approximately 48
