Casata, an Austin-based startup, is making waves with their latest project in San Marcos. The groundbreaking Casata San Marcos will feature 210 micro-homes ranging from 512 to 806 square feet. This rental community, located at 2138 Post Road, marks the company’s second venture after a successful launch of a 66-unit development in Austin.
Despite their compact size, these homes are designed with top-notch amenities to provide residents with comfortable living spaces. Each unit boasts cozy bedrooms, well-equipped kitchens complete with islands for added convenience and functionality.
