Casata, an Austin-based startup, is making waves with their latest project in San Marcos. The groundbreaking Casata San Marcos will feature 210 micro-homes ranging from 512 to 806 square feet. This rental community, located at 2138 Post Road, marks the company’s second venture after a successful launch of a 66-unit development in Austin.
Despite their compact size, these homes are designed with top-notch amenities to provide residents with comfortable living spaces. Each unit boasts cozy bedrooms, well-equipped kitchens complete with islands for added convenience and functionality. In-unit washer/dryer setups make laundry day a breeze while spacious outdoor patios offer the perfect spot for relaxation or entertaining guests.
Outside of the individual units, Casata San Marcos will also offer an array of community amenities including a pool and fitness center within its community center building.
