Newmark recently arranged the sale of Everly on the Loop, a 209-unit, 428-bed student housing asset serving Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Vice Chairman Ryan Lang and Managing Director Jack Brett along with Director Ben Harkrider worked with Vice Chairman Mac Crowther to represent the sellers GMH and AGC in this transaction which was purchased by R5.
“The recent transactions our team has closed totaling more than $400 million is evidence that there is great reason to have confidence in the student sector,” said Ryan Lang.
Built in 2017, Everly on the Loop offers studio apartments as well as 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units located at 6105 Delmar Boulevard within St Louis’ pedestrian friendly West End neighborhood just 0.49 miles from Washington University’s campus and 3.7 miles from St Louis University’s campus .
