### University Place in Coral Springs Sells for $30M

The **Bristol Group** has sold University Place at City Center, located at 3115 N. University Drive in Coral Springs, for **$30 million** to **Essig Holdings**. The new owner plans to develop high-end office suites within the **204,810-square-foot, 40-year-old office building**.

According to the **South Florida Business Journal**, the **6.04-acre** property was previously known as the **Preferred Exchange Tower** and was acquired by Bristol in **December 2013 for $12.6 million** following a foreclosure. The building features **a fitness center, onsite restaurants, modernized common areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a modern plug-and-play call center**.

University Place is home to notable tenants such as **travel agent network Cruise Planners**, along with restaurants including **Tap 42, Craft Kitchen & Bar, Playa Bowls, and Embarcadero 41**.

Essig Holdings has engaged **Darcie Lunsford and Caroline Fleischer of Colliers** to lease and market the property.

Bristol Group, known for its extensive real estate investment track record, states that it has **acquired, repositioned, and developed over $3 billion worth of real estate**.
