In 2023, commercial real estate professionals faced a challenging year on the lending side due to rising interest rates. At Connect Commercial Real Estate, we want to recognize those who successfully navigated these challenges and closed deals through our fourth annual Top Mortgage Brokers & Lenders Awards.
We are seeking your input to identify the top lending stars of the past year. Our selection process will consider capital markets professionals from various organizations such as real estate services firms, real estate finance advisory firms, financial institutions, insurance companies and credit unions. Eligible transactions include acquisition and construction loans, refinancings and recapitalizations. The winners will be chosen based on their total dollar volume in 2023.
Similar to our other awards programs, we plan to honor 10 recipients from each region that we cover: California; Texas; New York/Tri-State; Chicago/Midwest; Boston/New England; Washington D.C.; Atlanta/Southeast; Florida/Gulf Coast ; Phoenix/Southwest ; Seattle/Northwest , as well as nationally active brokers and lenders . Our final selections will be based on their dollar volume in 2023.
