In 2024, Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announced that Continental Towers had successfully leased over 91,000 square feet through a combination of new leases, renewals, and expansions. TRS Agency Leasing Executive Vice Presidents Joe Stevens and Steve Degodny represented the property in all lease transactions for the three-tower complex located at 1701 Golf Road in Rolling Meadows.
The complex saw a total of eight lease deals completed during this time period. The largest transaction was with Venture X for their turnkey coworking office solutions which took up 23,682 square feet. Other notable tenants include C.H Robinson Company Inc., Harco National Insurance Company and United Chemi-Con Inc., who signed new leases or renewed existing ones for spaces ranging from 12-23K square feet.
Continental Towers is an impressive development spanning over910,000-square-feet made up of three interconnected towers standing at twelve stories each.
