The Goldie B. Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate Initiative recently held its annual fundraising event, the Goldie Gala, at Wintrust’s Grand Banking Hall. The event brought together leaders from various sectors of commercial real estate to raise funds for the organization’s scholarship and career development programs for women in the industry.
At this year’s gala, a record-breaking number of 2023-2024 Goldie Scholars were recognized and celebrated. Additionally, Mary Ludgin of Heitman was honored with the 2023 Shero Award for her outstanding achievements and dedication to supporting women in commercial real estate throughout her career. She is one of six recipients since the award was established by The Goldie Initiative in 2018.
