He notes that tenants today are more interested in nearby facilities such as businesses/restaurants/entertainment options than just their own rental units.
“Being able to offer residents a live/work/play lifestyle is crucial for urban infill development,” says Alfonso.”Developers who are willing pay premium prices for land near these recreational offerings have an advantage.”
