Draper & Kramer, Inc. announced that their 57-unit ultra-luxury boutique Gold Coast property, 61 Banks Street, has been honored with a 2023 Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Award for Property Excellence. Since its opening in 2019, the building has consistently remained at or near full occupancy – exceeding expectations across multiple benchmarks.
