The 3rd Annual NAIOP SoCal Orange County Real Estate Challenge will take place on April 17th, featuring graduate student teams from Chapman University’s Argyros College of Business & Economics and the University of California, Irvine Paul Merage School of Business Center for Real Estate. The competition will determine the best use for an 89-acre site in Laguna Niguel, currently occupied by the U.S. General Services Administration’s Chet Holifield Federal Building and support structures.
The winning team will be chosen based on their written and oral presentations to a panel of esteemed local commercial real estate industry leaders as well as a live audience. This year’s challenge promises to be especially exciting with such an iconic site at stake.
According to David Salisbury, Co-Chair of the NAIOP SoCal OC Real Estate Challenge: “This year’s competition site is truly iconic…I can’t wait to see what the teams present this year.” Sponsorship opportunities are still available and tickets can be purchased through our website.
