NSBHF, a prominent civil rights law firm founded by renowned trial lawyers Barry Scheck, Peter Neufeld, and the late Johnnie L. Cochran Jr., has recently signed a 13-year lease agreement for an impressive 12,914 square-foot space at 200 Varick Street in Hudson Square. The firm specializes in representing individuals who have been wrongfully convicted or mistreated by the legal system.
The new office on the eighth floor of 200 Varick Street will serve as NSBHF’s new headquarters after relocating from its current location in Tribeca. The modern space boasts an expansive terrace and oversized windows that provide ample natural light.
Representing the landlord, Robert Silver, Brittany Silver, Anthony Sciacca and Jamie Jacobs of Newmark along with Jeffrey Gural and Rhonda Singer of GFP Real Estate facilitated this transaction while Josh Gosin Todd Hershman and Matthew Shreiner represented NSBHF as their tenant representatives.
This significant move marks another milestone for NSBHF as they continue to expand their reach in providing expert legal services to those seeking justice against wrongful convictions or mistreatment within our legal system.
