The first residential tower in the sports and entertainment district at Centennial Yards has been topped out by Centennial Yards Company. This marks a significant construction milestone for the company, which began work on its two initial projects within the $5 billion 50-acre mixed-use development less than two years ago. The new residential tower, named The Mitchell, was designed by TVS Architecture + Design and Goode Van Slyke Architects (GVSA).
Located in the heart of Centennial Yards across from Mercedes-Benz Stadium and next to State Farm Arena, The Mitchell will offer 304 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences. Each unit will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies for stunning views of the surrounding area. In addition to these luxurious living spaces, residents can also enjoy amenities such as a pool with event lawn and grilling stations, co-working spaces on-site fitness center ,and a residential lounge. There will also be 16,000 square feet of street-level retail space available.
Construction is expected to be completed at The Mitchell by mid-next year with first move-ins scheduled for summer 2025.
