A team of prominent industrial investors and developers have united to launch a 939,000-square-foot speculative project in El Paso. However, more than half of the speculation has already been eliminated as PCCP, Panattoni, and Hunt Companies collaborate on a two-building development that is currently over 50% pre-leased. Known as Project Grande, this venture marks the initial phase of an envisioned 1.8 million square foot industrial park.
The construction for these top-notch logistics facilities is currently underway and expected to be completed in Q3-Q4 of 2024.
Located on approximately 45 acres within the thriving El Paso industrial market with a low vacancy rate of only 3.3%, Project Grande boasts prime positioning near the Zaragoza International Port of Entry.
