Woodmont Properties and Canoe Brook Development have commenced construction on Wood Brook at Randolph, a new rental community in the highly sought-after Morris County of New Jersey. The development will consist of 199 residences, featuring both traditional flats and townhome-style buildings.
According to Stephen Santola, Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Woodmont Properties, Morris County’s prime location near New York City and diverse lifestyle offerings make it one of the most desirable markets for suburban living in New Jersey. He also expressed excitement about partnering with Canoe Brook Development for their third residential project together.
The project aims to provide residents with top-notch amenities such as coworking spaces, fitness centers, and entertainment lounges. Completion is slated for 2026.
