Landmark Properties, in partnership with Open House Group Co.,Ltd, has acquired a 23.5-acre development site in Conroe, Texas and is currently constructing The Everstead at Conroe. This new build-to-rent (BTR) community will feature 190 units and offer a mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom ranch homes and townhomes.
The community will consist of one- and two-story buildings with amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, resort-style pool, dog park, playground,and pickleball/bocce courts. Each unit will also have its own private patio within a fully fenced-in backyard. Some units may even include an attached garage or storage room.
Construction for the project is being handled by Landmark Construction – the construction arm of Landmark Properties – with completion expected in late 2025 after delivering the first units early next year.
