Triten Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Affinius Capital, developed an office building located at 3657 Briarpark Drive in Houston’s Westchase area. Completed in 2017, the building has been Triten’s headquarters since then. Recently, Gallium Capital acquired the property for an undisclosed amount; however, according to reports from the Houston Business Journal, it was appraised at $55 million.
