### $182M Toyota Stadium Revamp Set to Begin

FC Dallas has secured permits to commence the demolition and redevelopment of the east side of Toyota Stadium in Frisco. The club aims to complete the project ahead of the 2026 World Cup.

The stadium renovation will include $182 million in upgrades, featuring canopies for added shade, expanded seating by reconstructing the underutilized north end, and enhanced club and suite areas.

Beyond the stadium improvements, FC Dallas owner Hunt Sports Group envisions developing a sports and entertainment district. Plans include over 1 million square feet of office space, a 200-room hotel, and a 200-unit multifamily tower.

The demolition process is expected to take six to eight weeks, with new construction beginning this summer. FC Dallas has partnered with HKS Architects for design and Moss and Associates LLC for construction.
