"$18.6M Sale of Mixed-Use Project in Charlotte's Office and Retail Sector"

CBRE, a leading commercial real estate firm, recently facilitated the sale of two mixed-use buildings at The Quarter in Charlotte’s South End neighborhood. The Class A adaptive reuse project was purchased by Florida-based Ram Realty Advisors for $18.6 million.

The transaction was represented by CBRE’s Carolinas Institutional Properties team in Charlotte, including Patrick Gildea, Matt Smith, Robert Hardaway, Adam Russ and Erin Varol. They acted on behalf of the sellers FCP & Abacus Capital.

The two buildings located at 2218 & 2320 Toomey Ave., offer a combined space of 97,537 square feet with creative office and retail options available to tenants. These properties are part of a larger mixed-use development known as The Quarter which also includes three redeveloped warehouses totaling over 131k sq.ft. Additionally,the project features more than 300 newly built apartments and is surrounded by an additional 2,100 multifamily units.
