CBRE facilitated the sale of two mixed-use buildings at The Quarter, a highly sought-after Class A adaptive reuse project in Charlotte’s South End neighborhood. Ram Realty Advisors, based in Florida, acquired the properties for $18.6 million.

Represented by CBRE’s Carolinas Institutional Properties team in Charlotte – Patrick Gildea, Matt Smith, Robert Hardaway, Adam Russ and Erin Varol – FCP & Abacus Capital were the sellers in this transaction.

The two buildings are located at 2218 & 2320 Toomey Ave., with a combined size of 97,537 square feet featuring creative office and retail spaces. These buildings are part of The Quarter development which includes three other redeveloped mixed-use warehouses totaling 131
