Since establishing their presence in this building back in 2019, Davis & Gilbert has steadily grown to occupy multiple floors including the entire range from the31st to34th floors and part ofthe35th floor. CBRE representatives Lewis Miller,Michael Wellen,and Chris Hogan have assisted Davis & Gilbert during this expansion process while Rudin’s Senior Vice President Robert Steinman represented ownership.
