Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of a 103-unit apartment portfolio in Queens for $14.5 million. The buyer and seller were not disclosed, but the portfolio is located at 95-05 35th Ave in Jackson Heights near the 7 Train on Junction Boulevard, Citi Field, LaGuardia Airport and 37th Ave retail corridor. Shaun Riney, Seth Glasser, Sean Fopeano and Louis Zarif from Marcus & Millichap’s New York City office facilitated this transaction with representation from both parties involved.
