"15K SF Leased by WSCAH in Washington Heights"

West Side Campaign Against Hunger (WSCAH), a nonprofit dedicated to ending hunger in New York, has secured a 20-year lease for a 15,000-square-foot ground floor space at 549 W 180th St. in Washington Heights. The new location will serve as a warehouse and distribution center, administrative offices, and host pantry programming.

The tenant was represented by OPEN’s Lindsay Ornstein, Stephen Powers and Jake Cinti while the landlord Colliers was represented by Dina Coulianidis of Colliers.

According to Ornstein: “In search of an upgraded facility that could accommodate their growing needs while providing better service to their clients, WSCAH chose this larger space with loading docks conveniently located near the highway.”

This latest development marks another milestone for WSCAH as they continue their mission towards eradicating hunger in New York City.
