151-Unit San Antonio Hotel by Oxbow: Closer to Building

Oxbow Development Group is now one step closer to building an eight-story, 151-room hotel in San Antonio. The project recently passed muster with the local planning board and construction is expected to begin late 2024, with completion in 2026. Don B. McDonald Architects are designing the proposed hotel which will be constructed using brick that matches the Pearl’s look and mass timber. It has been given a working name of “Grove Hotel” by Oxbow for now.

In addition, Oxbow’s 250 multifamily units were also recently approved for Tobin Hill neighborhood offering office space, retail stores, food & beverage outlets and more than 200 public parking spaces as well as other opportunities for development within this area of San Antonio city limits .
