LH Charney has successfully completed over 27,000 square feet of new office leases at 1410 Broadway in Times Square. The deals include a 12,350-square-foot expansion with sportswear firm 32o, which now occupies 37,350 total square feet in the building. Additionally, shoe designer Geox leased 3,500 square feet on the 14th floor while current tenants Trend Textile GOGO Argee and LCC Development also signed new leases at the building.
The renovations and modernization of lobby common areas restrooms and elevators were part of an effort to attract modern tenants seeking well-amenitized office spaces. Asking rents for both 1410 and 1441 Broadway range from low $50s to mid $60s per square foot respectively.
Geox was represented by Ron Lo Russo and Jason Kroeger from Cushman & Wakefield while ownership was represented by Colliers’ team comprised of Rick Doolittle JP Howard Michael Joseph G Taylor Bell on all transactions involved .
