The lease covers an impressive 24,209 square feet of space. Cushman & Wakefield’s Stephen Bellwood and Rachel Rosenfeld represented Bloomsbury in the deal while ESRT’s Jordan Berger and CBRE’s Paul J. Amrich, Neil V. King III, Emily Chabrier and Meghan Allen represented ownership.
