"1345 Ave. of the Americas Secures Full-Floor Renewal for Co-Working Provider"

Virgo Business Centers, a company that offers co-working spaces and meeting rooms, has recently renewed their lease for 40,779 square feet at 1345 Ave. of the Americas. The lease is for a term of 11 years and Virgo will continue to occupy the entire second floor of this 50-story office tower owned by Fisher Brothers.

The leasing campaign at this property was led by CBRE’s team consisting of Peter Turchin, Howard Fiddle, Bill Iacovelli, Ben Joseph and Gregg Rothkin on behalf of Fisher Brothers. They were represented in-house by David Cheikin, Marc S. Packman Clark Briffel and Josh Fisher.

CBRE’s Anthony Dattoma acted as the representative for Virgo during this transaction. According to Dattoma: “In today’s office leasing market where demand for flexibility is increasing rapidly , flex space remains an essential part in occupier strategy.”
