Satya is currently constructing the Tiara on the Beach, a luxurious condominium complex situated on Galveston Bay. Construction is set to commence in early December after Satya secured a $100 million loan from International Bank of Commerce earlier this year for the $130 million project.
The development will feature 63 units ranging from one to three bedrooms, with sizes spanning between 1,661 and 4,306 square feet. The building will consist of ten floors in total – six floors housing nine units each and seven penthouses occupying the tenth floor.
Residents can look forward to an array of amenities including a pool area, outdoor grilling space, fitness center complete with yoga studio and pickleball court. Private walkways leading directly to 300 linear feet of beachfront will also be available for residents’ use. Additionally, there will be a game room, media room as well as wine-tasting room for social gatherings among residents. Each resident will also have access to climate-controlled storage units within the building.
Prices for these exclusive condos range from $1.2 million up to approximately $3.5 million each – designed by Place Designers Inc., an architect firm based in Round Rock while Nan and Company Properties handles marketing efforts.
Tiara marks Galveston’s first condo development in over fifteen years since its inception.
